The Ministry of Energy of Russia told that at the already held matches of the World Championship, held at 12 stadiums in 11 cities, there were no problems with the supply of electricity.

According to the press service of the agency, continuity is provided by the strengthened groups of power engineers of grid companies working in a special mode, as well as organizations that operate electrical equipment of internal networks and temporary power supply networks for stadiums.

According to the monitoring of the power supply of the World Championship facilities of the Main Operation Center (GOC), where all operative information about contingencies and events occurring at controlled sites flows and where the operational group of the Situation and Analytical Center of the Ministry of Energy of Russia is posted, incidents involving power failure affecting the functioning of stadiums and other infrastructure facilities, did not happen.
